About US

Our Mission is To Produce "Extraordinary Fun" by Inter-Cultural Communication.

To accomplish the mission, we keep 8 values as below:

1. Simple - People all over the world is very diverse. Sometimes, we think and feel in very different ways. You may be surprised at what we think and we may be even unable to understand how you feel. Thus, we think we have to keep our services as simple and easy as possible.

2. Diverse - On the other hand, to produce fun to the diverse world people like you guys, we have to be a diverse team as well and think in diverse ways! In fact, people from many countries such as Japan, France, Mexico, Spain, Germany, US, UK, Turkey, Taiwan and so on have been contributing to develop WorldJumper!

3. Fun - As you know, this is included in our mission. So needless to say, we are very serious to think fun things, to do fun and to be fun to produce FUN to you! We won't do anything without fun even if it looks beneficial to us.

4. Positive - We think any communication in positive ways. To do that, we think we should encourage people to communicate positively by expressing our smiles ;-) We know just language communication (using right brain) often causes misunderstanding and impairs our relationships.

5. Open - We need to be open for inter-cultural communication. If we hide something, you will realize it and never trust WorldJumper. So, we have been trying to make everything open to anybody on the site.

6. Honest - To keep honesty is often hard. That is because we are NOT always good. Sometimes bad, unhappy, shame, etc.. It is pretty difficult to understand what you think completely without any communication because we have different background. But we promise to try to be honest to anybody including you, to make it easier.

7. Free - "Free" is a big deal for us. We want to do what we want, we want to be where we want and we want to be how we want.. And these are always changing. So, we keep as much free as we can and try to minimize the rules/restrictions to all of us.

8. Responsible - This is the opposite side of "Free". We have to be responsible for anything happening on us. Otherwise, we will decrease the credibility and our relationship will break up eventually. To that end, we need to be a leader of ourselves - independent and responsible for what we do and how we are!!
